This would great to find out if the companyis growing, they might be struggling at the moment but again if you ask that questionis shown an enlighten and educational question.
What process will be used to evaluate my in featureemployee performance.
So there you are finding out whether theydo appraisal, they might to personal development plans and again these questions here mightnot be relevant for all of you watching this video.
but some of you might go away justone or two which will be fantastic.
who will be my direct supervisor.
if it has not beenalready asked in the interview or responded to in some way.
It would be important to find who you wouldbe directly reporting to.
are there any opportunities for for professional development? again ifyou're looking for a position where you can develop yourself or you might need qualificationsit would be important to know if the company would potentially invest in that.

Question eight would be what is the usualtime frame for making hiring decision? I think this is really important if you have a fewjobs that you are attending and you have a few interviews in the pipeline because againit can help you make a decision if you are offered, what you want to do with the otherones but also if they have a month grace than it might make you decide what you want todo whether you are going to wait or accept something else and finally may I contact youif any further questions arise? I think this is really important because it shows thatyou are keen to continue contact they might say no but if you ask the question it givesthem the opportunity for them to say yes.
